Mr. Stutchin has been practicing law for over 30 years. He has been admitted to the Bar both in Florida and New York. He has also been admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and for the Middle District of Florida. Along with that, all State Courts both in New York and Florida.

Mr. Stutchin, graduated from S.U.N.Y., Buffalo, as Magna Cum Laude, at the age of 19. Attending Rutger's School of Law at Camden , he was one of the youngest students to graduate at age 22. He served as former Assistant District Attorney in King's County, New York. There he handled misdemeanor and felony matters through trial. He also was assigned as a Special Narcotics Prosecutor for the City of New York, where he handled major drug cases. He served as, Chief defense counsel in death penalty murder case in New Mexico, where he was admitted pro haec vice.

Mr. Stuchin has been married just shy of 28 years to Cheryl Stutchin, and is the proud father of two children, Evan and Haley.
